General information regarding shipping & delivery

All orders over R1500 qualify for free shipping - all other orders incur a R110.00 delivery fee.

Orders are processed within 48 hours of your order being confirmed. You can expect your goods to be delivered within 3-5 days thereafter. This deadline may be affected by certain busy occasions, such as sales and commemoratory days.

Deliveries are only completed for valid addresses within South Africa. We do not deliver internationally.

Delivery is only made when orders are paid in full. We do not offer purchase terms or paying upon delivery.

Every order will receive tracking information after the order has been processed and this tracking number will be forwarded to you.

We do not offer collections for orders.

Detailed Delivery Information

Delivery is only made on weekdays with no deliveries being made on weekends or public holidays.

Same-day order delivery is not offered.

Parcels cannot be delivered to PO boxes or post offices.

Delivery to rural areas may incur a longer wait time as the courier may only deliver in that section on certain days.

Orders placed with Manual EFT will incur a delay of 1-2 business days to delivery on account of the delay waiting for the payment to reflect.

Order Tracking

If your order has been processed and collected by delivery service, it can be tracked until it is delivered.

When the order has been processed, a tracking information email will be sent with details regarding tracking.

Use the waybill number included in the email to track the order on the courier tracking web page.

Exchanges & Returns

Standard Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will replace it or credit your account, subject to the below terms.

  1. This Policy applies to products bought from Redlan Holdings t/a Simpli You (forthwith identified as Simpli You).
  2. Please note that Simpli You may, from time to time and at its discretion, restrict the use of the credit in your account in respect of certain products.
  3. This Policy forms part of the Redlan Holdings t/a Simpli You Terms and Conditions, and so words defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this Policy, unless the context indicates otherwise.
  4. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.
  5. IMPORTANT: We cannot take back for credit any of the following products, unless they are faulty or not as described:
    • Cosmetics (including make-up, beauty, hair, nail and skin products)
    • Fragrances
    • Earrings for pierced ears and other pierced body jewellery where the original wrapping has been opened.
    • Hair extensions and pieces
  6. Cancellation and Refund
    • The Company will deliver the Goods to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 30 (thirty) days of receipt of your payment (“Delivery Period “). We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the Goods during the Delivery Period. You may then, within 7 (seven) days of receiving such notification elect whether to proceed with your order for the Goods or cancel your order. If you elect to cancel your order, we will reimburse you with the purchase price.
    • The Company may, in its sole discretion, accept the cancellation of an order by you, on sufficient cause shown and, on a case,-by-case basis. In which event, the provisions set out in this clause in respect of refunds and returns will similarly apply.
  7. Preparing your products for a return

To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible you are responsible for the following when returning your products.

  • packaging your products safely and securely to prevent damage during transit;
  • make sure your return reference number is clearly visible on the outside of the parcel;
  • all packaging to be intact.

Not adhering to the above stipulations could delay the processing of your request or result in its decline altogether.

  1. Types of returns:

8.1      Cooling off period: Unwanted products

You are, as a consumer, in terms of section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (“ECT Act “) entitled to cancel your order for the Goods within 7 (seven) days of receipt, without reason and without penalty, in order to obtain a full purchase price refund. In such an event product must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of the products being delivered.
  • Undamaged and unused, with the original labels still attached and with the seal intact.
  • In the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition.

PLEASE NOTE: you will be liable in terms of section 44(2) of the ECT Act for the direct costs of returning the Goods, such as courier and/or shipping charges and assumption of risks during shipping.

 8.2 Not what you ordered?

If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, or if the product is not as described on the Website, please notify us and we will collect the product from you at no charge. If the product is missing any accessories or parts, you will need to follow the process set out in section 9.3 below. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available); or credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference).

8.3       Products damaged on delivery

Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us within 7 days of such delivery / collection by logging a return on the Website.

We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice replace the product as soon as possible (if we have the same product in stock to use as a replacement) or credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or refund you if that is your preference).

8.4       Defective products

We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality, and in good working order and without defects.

8.4.1   What is a defect? A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.

8.4.2   In order for a Product to be deemed defective you will need to state the proper reason for the return, and include an explanation of the alleged defect, together with pictures as proof. You must report any defect in the product as soon as it is discovered.

8.4.3   The following CANNOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this section:

8.4.3.1   faults resulting from normal wear and tear;

8.4.3.2   damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;

8.4.3.3   damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;

8.4.3.4   damage arising from alterations to the product;

8.4.3.5   where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you

8.4.4     If the product is found NOT to be defective or damaged, you will NOT be entitled to any replacement or credit but will instead be liable for the costs incurred in having such a product returned to the Company, and then redelivered to you.

Nothing in this clause or the Terms and Conditions in any way limits your rights in terms of section 56 read with section 55 of the CPA in any way.

  1. Standard Warranty

If you have received a product which turns out to be defective or otherwise of poor quality (save for manufacturer warranty products which are discussed below), please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect or poor quality, but in any event within 6 months after delivery / collection of the product (except in the case of an extended supplier warranty, which is set out below).

  • You can do so by logging a return on the Website, and we will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice replace the product (if we have the same product in stock to use as a replacement) or credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or refund you if that is your preference.
  • Where there is no extended supplier warranty period, unfortunately we cannot facilitate returns that fall outside of the 6-month period.
  1. Extended Supplier Warranty (stipulated on product page)

10.1    A product may have a supplier warranty that extends beyond the 6-month Standard Warranty. If such a product turns out to be defective more than 6 months after delivery / collection (save for manufacturer warranty products which are discussed below), please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect, but in any event within the extended supplier warranty period after delivery/ collection of the product.

10.2    You can do so by logging a return on the Website, and we will facilitate your return of the product to the supplier at no charge. Unfortunately, we cannot facilitate returns that fall outside of the extended supplier warranty period.

10.3    Please note that any extended supplier warranty is subject to whatever terms and conditions the supplier or manufacturer may impose. These are usually stated in a brochure or leaflet inside or on the product packaging. It is your responsibility to make yourself aware of any such terms and conditions.

10.4    It is also important to note that the remedy offered to you is at the supplier or manufacturer’s discretion what remedy it can offer you. Redlan Holdings t/a Simpli You is under no obligation to provide you with a credit / replacement, as your remedy lies with the supplier or manufacturer.

10.5   However, since we want your experience to be as good as possible, if the supplier or manufacturer has offered you a replacement within the applicable extended supplier warranty and it takes longer than 21 days, we will get in touch with you to see if you would rather receive a credit / refund directly from us.

  1. Charges and refunds

If you return a defective product to us, but you fail to return all of the accessories and parts that were sold with that product, we are entitled to (subject to applicable law)  refuse the return,  or only to replace the item that you did return; or to estimate the value of the missing accessories and parts and to credit or refund you in respect of the returned item only.

11.1    If you return a product that does not comply with this Policy, you may be liable to reimburse Redlan Holdings t/a Simpli You for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having the product returned to you.

11.2    Please note that we only refund to the payment method that you originally used – i.e., payment by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card, payment by Instant EFT will be refunded to your nominated bank account.

  1. These are the standard terms and conditions for monthly giveaways and competitions conducted or promoted by or in association with Redlan Holdings t/a “Simpli You” (forthwith identified as “Simpli You”).
  2. Competition-specific rules may apply in addition to these standard terms and conditions to supplement these standard terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict between these standard terms and conditions and any competition-specific rules, the competition-specific rules will apply.
  3. Your entry into the competition and your acceptance of a prize (in the event that you win a prize) constitutes your binding acceptance of the terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and with whom you may share a prize (in the event that you win a prize which is for you and one or more additional persons (“your partner”).
  4. The competition is not open to directors, members, partners, agents, employees or consultants of Redlan Holdings Group of companies or any supplier of goods or services in connection with a competition and the spouse, life partner, business partner or associate, or the natural or adopted parent, child, or sibling, of any of the persons specified in above.
  5. Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain permission from their parents or guardians before entering.
  6. You may not participate in or win a competition if you have won a competition promoted by us within the past three months, unless the prize is a ticket to attend an event, in which case the waiting period will be one month; or the competition-specific rules state otherwise.
  7. If you use mobile phone calls/texts as entry into the competition, the telephone calls / text messages you make will be charged at the prevailing rates. "Free" minutes under the cell phone contract do not apply.
  8. It is your responsibility to ensure that your entry is received by us prior to the closure of the competition. Any entries which are not received by us prior to the closure of the competition will not be eligible to participate, regardless of the reason for the late entry. We and our affiliates are not responsible for any entries which are not received by us, whether timeously or at all, regardless of the cause thereof. Without limitation, we and our affiliates are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer hardware or software failure or malfunction, traffic congestion (whether physical, or on the Internet, telephone lines or at any service provider, web site or other device or medium), or any combination thereof, or any other technical or other problems.
  9. We and our affiliates are not responsible for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer, mobile telephone or other device used by you to enter into, or obtain any materials related to the competition.
  10. It is your responsibility to ensure that any information you provide to us is accurate, complete and up to date. Should any of the data provided by yourself in connection with this Competition, or any of “Simpli You” ’s other Promotional Competitions, prove to be invalid, inaccurate, false or misleading, your entry shall be disregarded and you shall be prohibited from entering any further “Simpli You” Promotional Competitions for a set period to be determined by “Simpli You”.
  11. Any costs or expenses which you may incur other than in respect of those items specifically included in a prize are for your account. “Simpli You” will not be responsible for any costs or expenses which you, or your partner (if applicable), incur during and for purposes of your entry into the competition and your acceptance and/or use of a prize. We do not make any representations or give any warranties, whether expressly or implicitly, as to a prize, and in particular, but without limitation, make no representations and give no warranty that your entry or participation in the competition will necessarily result in you winning a prize; and a prize, or any aspect thereof, will meet your, or, if applicable, your partner’s, requirements, preferences, standards or expectations; or a prize, or any aspect thereof, will be satisfactory, punctual, free from defects, safe or reliable.
  12. We and our affiliates will not be responsible for any harm, damage, loss or claim relating to the provision of any element of a prize or any changes to a prize that may be made at any time.
  13. Prizes are not transferable and may not be deferred, changed or exchanged for cash or any other item.
  14. You may not win a prize if it is unlawful for us to supply such a prize to you. If you do win such a prize, you will forfeit it.
  15. You must possess whatever documents and permissions that may be required to accept and use a prize, including, as regards international travel, a valid passport and all necessary visa and travel documentation, which documents and permissions it is your responsibility to obtain at your own cost, and which documents and permissions must remain valid in such minimum form and for such minimum period after the prize date as may be required by the relevant authorities. Your passport should have a validity of a minimum of six months following your return and have at least three blank pages.
  16. The winners will be notified using the contact details provided to us. If we are, or a third-party supplier is, unable to contact a winner within 30 days or if the winner is unable to collect the prize within 60 days, the winner will forfeit the prize and “Simpli You” reserves the right to re-draw a new winner under the same conditions.
  17. We may invite you to be present when the prize winners are determined or announced, to participate in any of our marketing activities, to appear in person in the electronic media and/or the print media, and/or to endorse, promote or advertise any of our goods or services, for which no fee, royalty or other compensation will be payable. You may decline such an invitation.
  18. We may require you to provide us with such additional information and documentation as we may reasonably require to process, confirm and facilitate your acceptance and/or use of a prize. If you refuse to provide us with the requested information or documentation, you will forfeit the prize.
  19. If you win a prize provided by a third-party supplier, the supplier will contact you to arrange the collection thereof. In this regard, you must collect the prize at the time and date arranged with the supplier of the prize. All correspondence regarding the prize must be directed at the supplier of the prize. “Simpli You” will not be responsible for any further correspondence, harm, damage, loss or claim relating to the provision of any element of the prize.
  20. We and our third-party suppliers, as the case may be, reserve the right to vary, postpone, suspend, or cancel the competition and any prizes, or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which we deem necessary. In the event of such variation, postponement, suspension or cancellation, you agree to waive any rights, interests and expectations that you may have in terms of this competition and acknowledge that you will have no recourse against us, our affiliates and third-party suppliers.
  21. You agree that your participation in the competition, and your acceptance and/or use of a prize, or any aspect thereof, is at your own risk.
  22. We and our affiliates will not be responsible, and disclaim all liability, for any loss, liability, injury, expense or damage (whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential) of any nature, whether arising from negligence or any other cause, which is suffered by your participation in the competition or the acceptance and/or use by you, or your partner (if applicable), of any prize, or by any action taken by us or any of our affiliates by the terms and conditions.
  23. You, and in the event of your death, your family, dependants, heirs, assignees or any other beneficiaries of your estate, indemnify and hold us and our affiliates harmless against any claim by you, or your partner (if applicable), (whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential) of any nature, whether arising from negligence or any other cause, relating to any injury, loss, liability, expense and/or damage which you may suffer, howsoever arising, about your entry into this competition and/or acceptance and/or use by you of a prize.
  24. You acknowledge that the acceptance and use of a prize is subject to the proviso that –
    • all of the terms and conditions will apply to both you and your partner (if applicable), and you will ensure that your partner agrees to be bound and complies, and will continue to comply, therewith;
    • you will take full responsibility for your partner;
    • you indemnify and hold us and our affiliates harmless against any claim by your partner or any third party if your partner suffers any loss or damage under your partner’s acceptance and/or use of a prize;
    • any minor will be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  25. If you fail or, if your partner (if applicable) fails, to comply with any of the terms and conditions, then without prejudice to any other remedy which we may have-
    • you will be automatically disqualified, and you will forfeit the prize/s (if you have already won a prize);
    • you will pay us for any loss or damage incurred by us directly or indirectly because of your (or, if applicable, your partner's) non-compliance, including all our legal costs (including attorney and own client costs) which we may incur in taking any steps under your (or your partner’s,) non-compliance; and
    • you indemnify and hold us and our affiliates harmless against any claim by any person, (whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential) of any nature, whether arising from negligence or any other cause, relating to any death, injury, loss and/or damage which may be suffered howsoever arising about your failure (or that of your partner, if applicable) to comply therewith.
  26. For purposes hereof, "affiliate" means our partners, co-promoters and sponsors of this competition, our subsidiaries, our and their subsidiaries and respective holding companies, the subsidiaries of their holding companies, and our and their directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives.
  27. These terms and conditions will be construed, interpreted, and enforced by the laws of contract and dispute resolution in the Republic of South Africa.
  28. “Simpli You” and the judge’s decision on any matter concerning the competition and/or arising out of these terms and conditions is final and binding on you, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  29. Data Privacy- “Simpli You” and the competition sponsor(s) will be considered co-responsible parties (co-controllers) in terms of POPIA. Personal Information will not be shared with any third party and will only be used to fulfil requirements of the competition and marketing by both parties, subject to your data subject rights as set out in our Privacy Notice. Information will only be kept as stated in the Privacy Notice (for “Simpli You”), visit the sponsor’s website for more information regarding their information practices.

Monthly giveaways - Important Terms & Conditions
